This week we welcome Sage Kashuba to share her thoughts on what it is like to be a Cadette. Sage is our youngest member of the Open Juvenile team and she has come a long way since she started synchro 5 years ago!
Being a Cadette does not only mean being a team, but having fun! I would describe the Valley Forge Cadettes as a beautiful tree! Each branch is a Cadette, with everyone being unique, but we come together in the best way. Just like a tree, we keep growing and getting better and better. We have come so far in 5 years!
No one walks into the locker room for Sunday’s practice. Everyone sprints until their skates fall out of their bags because we are all so excited to see one another. The skaters encourage each other in so many different ways. Another name for the Valley Forge Cadettes would be THE BEST TEAM EVER CREATED! I am very proud to be a Valley Forge Cadette and I love my Cadette family. xo
