Synchronized Figure Skating- a competitive team sport where skaters skate to choreographed free skates using the same motions at the same time.
There’s something special about being part of a synchronized skating team. Even though your club might be LIKE a team, there’s still the unspoken internal rivalry between everyone you could compete against and yourself. With a synchro team, you medal or you don’t, but you do it as a team. I play other team sports, but it doesn’t feel quite like what the Cadettes have.
There’s always a spot for everyone on the Cadettes. Whether you’ve been skating since you where two, or have started skating two months ago, with the three (hopefully more next year) teams, you’ll fit right in.
